Survey effective factors on efficiency of female forces in urban management in comparative with men (case study: ٍEmployees in International relations of Tehran's Municipality)

Aims & Backgrounds The aim of this research has been knowing and analysis the affective factors on female forces productivity in the urban management field. Since the growth and productivity growth is one of the most important ways to achieve more production, followed by the welfare and well-being of individuals in societies, the recognition of the factors affecting the increase in productivity has been the main goals of researchers in this field. Recognizing productivity of female employees who are involved in an industrial or service process and applying their perspectives is the main primary action to increase productivity.
Methodology This is a descriptive-analytical study with field survey. The statistical samples consist employees of the international relations of the municipality of Tehran with a sample size of 173 of them. Statistical analysis of t-value test was used for data analysis and structural equation method was used for fitting the model.
Findings The research results show that demographic characteristics (age, work experience and education) indicate a potential high potential for employees. Using statistical tests and data processing, factors affecting female employee productivity were also identified. Other results from this study show that leadership is the most effective factor in productivity, the factor that most ethical issues are raised. The second factor is empowering and, the third are monitoring and controlling factors.
Conclusion Accordingly, paying attention to the basic needs of female employees, their participation in decision making and the leadership style of the manager, increase their productivity in the workplace. Also, to determine appropriate criteria for selecting forces can help the organization achieve its goals and achieve appropriate levels of productivity.
